GENERAL Australia (formerly Fujitsu General Australia) is helping Australian households prepare for warmer weather with the return of its Black Friday promotion. Australian residents aged 18 or over who buy and fully pay for an eligible GENERAL Airstage reverse-cycle wall mounted split system air conditioner between 2 November and 11 December 2026 can receive a digital prepaid Mastercard® valued up to $200 after submitting a valid claim*.

The promotion covers selected models in the GENERAL Airstage Lifestyle, Lifestyle Next and Comfort ranges. Eligible systems with a rated capacity of 2.5kW to 5.0kW qualify for a $150 reward, while eligible systems rated from 6.0kW to 7.1kW qualify for a $200 reward. The offer gives households another reason to consider upgrading their heating and cooling ahead of summer.

The offer applies to eligible domestic and residential purchases from participating GENERAL Airstage retailers or dealers in Australia, made between 9:00am AEDT on Monday 2 November 2026 and 11:59pm AEDT on Friday 11 December 2026. Products must be fully paid for during this period. Selected reverse-cycle models and all cooling-only models are excluded.

Customers must submit claims online by 11:59pm AEDT on Monday 11 January 2027. Claims must include proof of purchase and payment, the outdoor unit model and serial numbers, and the indoor unit model number. Claims will be validated within four weeks of submission. Once a claim is approved, the customer will receive a GENERAL Digital Prepaid Mastercard® by SMS to the Australian mobile phone number provided with the claim within five business days.
