GENERAL Australia (formerly Fujitsu General) is helping bring year-round comfort and control to Maison Soleil, Three Birds Renovations’ House 18. Two ducted air conditioning systems were installed as part of the brands’ ongoing partnership.
Set on Sydney’s North Shore, Maison Soleil is a French-inspired family home designed for a family of five. The renovation centres on light-filled, open-plan living, improved indoor-outdoor flow, and practical spaces for busy family life.
The installation demonstrates how ducted air conditioning can be integrated discreetly into a considered home design while supporting comfort across multiple living spaces. Both systems are designed for zone control, giving households flexibility to direct conditioned air to selected areas of the home.
Smart control is also a key part of the House 18 installation. GENERAL’s Australia’s anywAiR® Technology Ducted Controller is designed to bring air conditioning and zone management together through a wall-mounted touch screen. Wi-Fi connectivity also supports convenient control from compatible smart devices. This gives homeowners greater flexibility to manage comfort according to how they use different spaces throughout the day.
Zdenka Micallef, Head of Marketing and Communications, GENERAL Australia and New Zealand, said, “House 18 is a great opportunity to show how air conditioning can form part of a thoughtfully designed family home without taking away from the overall aesthetic. GENERAL Australia’s involvement with Three Birds lets us demonstrate the role that ducted systems and smart controls can play in creating comfortable, practical spaces for everyday Australian living.
“Maison Soleil has been designed around how this family lives, entertains, and spends time together. Working with Air Forced Air, we’ve been able to support that vision with two ducted systems selected for the home and smart control technology that gives the family more flexibility over their comfort.”
GENERAL Australia has also confirmed an extension of its participation in the Three Birds Dream Discount Card program until 31 July 2027. The program connects homeowners and renovators with offers from participating home and renovation brands.
GENERAL Australia’s continued participation gives eligible Dream Discount Cardholders access to exclusive savings on selected air conditioners, subject to the applicable promotion terms and conditions.
Zdenka Micallef said, “Extending GENERAL Australia’s participation in the Dream Discount Card program is another way we can support people who are investing in their homes.
“Together, the House 18 project and the Dream Discount Card partnership let us connect design inspiration with practical ways for homeowners to consider comfort, energy efficiency, and smart climate control as part of their renovation plans.”
Three Birds Renovations is revealing House 18 episodes weekly across September, followed by a full house tour later in the month.
