GENERAL Australia (formerly Fujitsu General Australia) has recognised the outstanding achievements of its partner network with the announcement of the 2026 GENERAL Australia Partner Award winners.

The annual awards recognise high-performing authorised partners and dealers across metropolitan and regional Australia, alongside national leaders in residential, commercial, and wholesale channels. The program celebrates partners for their contribution to sales performance, customer experience, and the strength of GENERAL Australia’s channel network.

The 2026 awards are the first to be held since Fujitsu General Australia officially changed its business name to GENERAL Australia on 1 January 2026. The change followed Fujitsu General Limited’s integration into Paloma Rheem Holdings Co., Ltd. and the global transition to GENERAL Inc. While the business has entered a new chapter, GENERAL Australia remains committed to supporting its partners and building long-term relationships across the Australian air conditioning industry.

Ambience Air Airconditioning was the standout performer at this year’s awards, receiving Dealer of the Year for Western Australia (WA) and nationally, GENERAL Authorised Partner of the Year for WA and nationally, Outstanding Sales Award for Metro/Major Centre WA, and the Oceania GENERAL Partner of the Year award.

Airconditioning Direct Pty Ltd also received multiple honours, winning Outstanding Sales for Metro/Major Centre Queensland (QLD) and nationally, National Wholesale Partner of the Year, and GENERAL Authorised Partner of the Year for Queensland (QLD). Marty Nelson Refrigeration & Air Conditioning was recognised for Outstanding Sales in Regional New South Wales (NSW)/Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and nationally.

Energy Air was named National Commercial Partner of the Year, while Bourke Air Pty Ltd received the National General Authorised Partner – Newcomer of the Year award.
