GENERAL Australia (formerly Fujitsu General Australia) is pleased to announce it has again been recognised as Highly Commended by Trusted Brands Australia in the Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands survey for the 4th year in a row.

This latest recognition marks 9 years of being named one of Australia’s most trusted air conditioning brands. GENERAL Australia was voted Reader’s Digest Most Trusted Brand in the Air Conditioning category in 2018-2022 and was Highly Commended from 2023 to 2026.

Trusted Brands Australia recognises brands that have built strong consumer trust through consistent performance and customer experience. The annual Reader’s Digest survey, conducted independently by Catalyst Research, captures the views of Australian consumers across multiple product categories. Each category awards one Most Trusted brand and two Highly Commended brands, highlighting those that continue to earn the confidence of Australian households.

This latest recognition comes as the business continues its next chapter under its new trading name, GENERAL Australia. Effective 1 January 2026, the business changed its name from Fujitsu General Australia and continues to market its products under the trusted Fujitsu and General Airstage brands.
